February 23: The response from the company sounds promising, as in the one on this site. This sends me right back to the same email address where there is already a history of repeated questions without answers. Update: The response from NeckRelax regarding this review asks me to send another email/fill out the form. I would encourage you to not not buy from them and avoid their product. My experience is that it has been a difficult company to with. I have never been more frustrated with any other product and I suggested they give me more information and the conversation stopped. I has been weeks with on-gong emails and messages stating, " if I don't need anymore help," they can close the this inquiry. The problem with that, is after numerous emails, they still never told me how to return it. Using APKPure App to upgrade Relax now, fast, free and saving internet data. The email message states that I need to go through customer service. Application to relax through music and natural sounds. There were no directions on how to actually return it on my own. Many of these claims are actually adds sponsored by them instead. This company offers special deals on a lot of the sites they control and their ads can look like they are good because of their rating. To begin with, I did not find the claims about the product accurate. I don't recall ever writing a negative report about any product. It does not require extra work, this device works straight from the box in the sense that the moment you wrap it around your neck it will begin to work. Would not recommend this company or product. Set up made easy and fast: Neck Relax will start working once you wear it. OMG! Before I could respond to this response, I received an email this morning stating that I could not receive a refund because it has been more than 180 days!!!!! They are offering me a credit. But the customer support is non-existent. The product is OK if you want a tens unit. I was told in an email on August 24 that my refund would show up on my credit card, 5-7 days ONCE THE REFUND IS PROCESSED! Guess what? It’s now 10 days since that email and still no refund. I sent copies of my UPS documentation on July 28. After numerous emails back and forth, over several months, I was told that they had no record of my return and asked for documentation of the shipment, which I luckily had. I sent it back on March 29 (at my own expense!). It was like pulling teeth to get the address, which I eventually received. It is now almost 7 months later and still no refund. After much investigating, I was able to locate an email address and contacted “customer support” on February 14 for the first time about an address to mail the device back for a refund. It seemed to me to be just a glorified tens unit, which I already own. I received the Neck Relax in a timely manner on February 8, 2022.
